After placing one full layer (9 packs), the machine automatically picks and lays a slip sheet, seamlessly switching between “bucket gripping” dan “separator placement” – no need for a separate suction device, achieving fully automatic, unattended interlayer insulation.

The customer’s packaging process forms 4 buckets into 1 pack, with a line requirement of 210 packs/hour. This model features optimized motion path design, smooth movements, and stable acceleration/deceleration, perfectly meeting the mediumtohigh speed rhythm. For 28KG heavy loads, balancing speed and stability is critical, and this machine delivers the optimal solution in terms of dynamic structural design.
S3: How does this integrated palletizer ensure safe and efficient operation in actual use?
A: Our safety design goes beyond physical guarding – it includes software based multi collision prevention mechanisms. On the efficiency side, the downstream roller conveyor uses an accumulating design to accurately deliver the prepacked water packs to the pickup position. With high-precision sensors, the system achieves a fully closed-loop automated workflow: empty pallets automatically enter, products are automatically picked, and full pallets are automatically discharged.
