We have customized a column-type bag slitting and emptying machine equipped with a 3D vision camera for a Vietnamese client. The customer needs to unpack bags of powdered food additives for their production line. Due to the soft material of the bags, the stack tends to deform easily after the outer stretch film is removed. Therefore, the customer explicitly requested a vision identity solution. The existing product packaging and production line information are as follows:
