We customized a column depalletizing and debagging machine for a Romanian client, featuring a single depalletizing station and a single bag slitting and dumping station for material silo feeding. This system is designed to open plastic granule bags for the client’s production line. Details of the existing product packaging and production line are as follows:

Based on the above information, to meet the production line’s feeding speed requirements, we recommended and customized the MR-200S column-type articulated depalletizing and bag opening robot. It is equipped with a custom gripper (made of 201 stainless steel) and a material silo (also made of 201 stainless steel). The machine parameters are as follows:
