Core Features of Ratery Dual-station Palletizer
1. Ultimate Cycle Time and Zero-Wait Production Line
With the balanced load design of “picking 2 boxes at a time,” perfectly synchronized with dual-station palletizing and 2 stretch wrappers, all waiting time for pallet changing and wrapping is eliminated, achieving a stable high capacity of 410 boxes/hour.
2. Robust High-Stack Heavy-Duty Handling
Equipped with a customized dual-box servo gripper for 6KG heavy boxes, ensuring stable and precise grabbing; it perfectly realizes an ultra-high pallet pattern of 16 boxes per layer, 6 layers total (96 boxes, approx. 576KG). Coupled with high-tension 360° online reinforcement from dual stretch wrappers, it guarantees no collapse during long-distance transport.
3. Ultimate Space Utilization and Cost Efficiency
The single-column rotary structure occupies minimal floor space, cleverly utilizing warehouse height. The entire system replaces the heavy handling and palletizing posts that originally required 3-4 workers, and now only needs 1 person for supervision, significantly reducing labor costs and improving the working environment.
4. Stability, Reliability, and Low Maintenance
Compared with complex 6-axis robotic arms, the single-column rotary structure utilizes pure mechanical movements, featuring a simpler structure, better rigidity, and an extremely low failure rate. Its servo control system offers fast response and high precision, capable of withstanding 24-hour high-load continuous operation. Furthermore, it is extremely easy to maintain later, significantly reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
5. Flexible and Intelligent Control
The entire line adopts integrated PLC and touch screen control. By simply setting parameters on the interface, it accurately controls the trajectory and pallet pattern of each “pick 2 boxes” action, adapting to the flexible production needs of different carton sizes.
